Staff members RM and TW have not completed required trainings in WAC 110-300-0106 1 (4) through (8), and have been working unsupervised with children. Staff members RM and TW did not have verification of a current food handlers card. Staff member RM has not complted school age child care basics and has been working off and on with children alone. Staff members RM an TW have not completed suspected child abuse, neglect, and exploitation training as approved and offered by the department. Staff members RM and TW have not completed disaster preparedness training as approved and offered by the department. Staff members RM and TW have not completed serving children experiencing homelessness training as approved and offered by the department. Staff members RM and TW have not completed medication management and administration training as approved or offered by the department.
